I'm a certified German tax advisor (Steuerberater) operating from Berlin, Germany. My experience working in the field of taxation as well as some of my qualifcations are as follows:

13 years of international tax experience, specifically in German, US and Canadian taxes

Worked four years in Canada, supporting cross-border issues for a variety of clients (ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals with complex international structures)

In Germany, formerly a Manager and authorized signatory (Prokurist) at EY in the M&A practice, supporting large international transactions for private equity, venture capital and corporate clients

Specialized experience supporting start-ups as well as real estate tax and interantional tax
